Dr. Shigeo Ichihashi was invited to the SIR (Society of Interventional Radiology) 2026 meeting held in Toronto, Canada, where he delivered three lectures and chaired a session regarding aortic aneurysms and lower extremity peripheral arterial disease (PAD).

At the venue, he reunited and exchanged information with Dr. Bilhim from Lisbon, whose facility he had previously visited to observe Prostatic Artery Embolization (PAE) procedures.
